National Sovereignty (or if I was Emperor)

THE FIX SERIES OF POSTS – PART IV (with Poll at the bottom)

(search for “The fix Series” for all the posts in it)

I have been wondering for a while what kind of system of government I would implement if I became Emperor tomorrow for some time. At least 30 years or so. I published a piece on it a while back ( Fix Series Post n. II ) which is pivotal, and it explains why FIAT money is a scam and usury is the vilest of all things that enslaves us all.

So it’s fair to say that I would ban usury and debt based money right away. On that basis alone I would be nuked, droned and killed by pretty much every puppet state on the planet, of course. But as we are dreaming of blue skies free of chemtrails, let me wax poetic on what should be a good thing for any state, not just mine to adopt, which would absolutely ensure real diversity of cultures, peace and mostly harmony between peoples:

  1. Ban Usury and return money to a fractionated gold standard (see the link above for details).
  2. The State religion would be actual Catholicism (Totalist 1958 Sedevacantists) and all Novus Ordo “clergy” would be forever banned from holding any kind of office within the Church, or any orders, including minor orders.
  3. Laws against blasphemy and disrespect of the state religion would be in place with criminal penalties. Respectful critique or criticism would be permitted until it crosses a line of logic, reason, good taste, or unnecessary vulgarity.
  4. No religion that is opposed to Catholicism would be allowed to hold any kind of gatherings, or have any temples of worship in the country. While people can practice whatever religion they want, they need to do so in the privacy of their own homes only, and not in a public manner. This would therefore mean no Jewish Synagogues or Islamic Mosques would be permitted as they are pedophile religions that allow the rape of children (under the age of three in the Talmud and under age 9 for Muslims) which is completely incompatible with Christianity. Similarly, the multiple (and evil) Gods of Hinduism, the Sikhs, and so on, would mean the same ban applies to those religions too. These banned religions would also not be allowed to have their members wear their traditional clothing. In short, their practice should be private, not obvious and not spoke of outside of their homes. Any attempt to convert or proselytise would be punishable by law.
  5. Heretic religions like all versions of Protestantism would be similarly banned and their temples not permitted, as they are a corruption of the one true religion. Schismatics like the Eastern Orthodox would similarly not be permitted to have Temples. Their private practice however would probably be viewed upon a little more tolerantly than the other religions mentioned above.
  6. Neutral religions, such as Buddhism, Shintoism, or Taoism could be practiced but their temples would have to register with the state and be subject to periodic searches and infiltration by the state secret services for purposes of observation to ensure some kind of general subversion of the national religion is not being done or planned.
  7. Obviously Satanism would not just be banned but punished by harsh prison sentences, re-education and finally expulsion from the country and loss of citizenship.
  8. The death penalty for certain crimes would be reinstated. Child rape being one of them.
  9. Similarly, members of the armed forces, and especially the secret services would be held to higher standards than normal civilians and if they acted illegally and unethically, their punishment would be harsher, longer and more often capital. Particularly if any crimes along the ones of the Epstein Class were being perpetrated.
  10. The office of the Inquisition would be reinstated and would have relatively wide powers of investigation for the purposes of protecting the Church from infiltration and subversion.
  11. The concept of “Free Speech” would be limited to the fact that one can argue pretty much any issue, but those who wish to install damaging ideologies that are nefarious to an orderly and prosperous civilisation would have consequences.
  12. Sexual deviancy would be tolerated as long as it was private. Much as with the non-state religions, one should not necessarily be punished for his or her deviancy, be it sexual or religious, as long as such deviancy is done in private, not publicised, glorified, or pushed as somehow acceptable or valid, no one will be punished. If however it becomes a public nuisance, a vulgar display that affects normal citizens or children, then punishment will indeed apply.
  13. Voting will be restricted to males that have fathered children and are in good rapport with their children (dead beat dads cannot vote). Women cannot vote at all, neither can men who are not fathers, and even then, only if they are over the age of 25.
  14. State employees shall have no shares, options, or other investment in any other companies. Their salaries will be good enough to have them able to raise a family, but their value shall be publicly known. Attempts to circumvent this rule by having family (especially their spouse) or friends do the investing, can and will be scrutinised and punished if deemed to be due to insider information.
  15. Personal weapons will be available to persons who demonstrate they are:
    1. Citizens.
    2. Able to manage the weapons safely and conscientiously (training).
    3. Of sound mind and who have no criminal record.
    4. Concealed Carry Permits will require more advanced and regular training of a set minimum, every year with certain minimal qualification scores, but shall not otherwise be especially difficult to obtain.
    5. Brandishing the weapon generally against unarmed persons, or without sufficiently valid cause, can result in charges of attempted murder.
    6. Being under the influence of alcohol beyond a certain limit, or mood/mind altering drugs while having a concealed carry weapon are ground for criminal penalties as well as permanent loss of the carry permit.
    7. Self defence shall be an unalienable right of any person, and defending oneself or others appropriately and with proportional force shall not be punished as a crime of any kind.
  16. Personal Property and Private property are protected.
  17. Illegal immigrants are jailed and immediately deported and barred from ever returning. If they do return, they are placed into forced labour camps for ten years then deported again.
  18. Taxes are lowered for each child produced within a marriage.
  19. Taxes in general, can never go higher than 25% in any case and should be based on services used, monitored electronically in an open source software and hardware set-up. (i.e. you use national roads you pay the road tax. You walk everywhere, you pay a much lower one for pavements only) and so on.
  20. Only a limited number of foreigners can ever be resident in the country, and in no case, never more than 5% at the very most. Marriage to foreigners is permitted but citizenship is acquired only after ten continuous years of marriage. No benefits at all are permitted for foreigners, married or not.
  21. Homosexual “marriage” or civil unions are not permitted at all, and such informal partnerships can exist only under the “privacy of your home” rule, that is, without nay public displays etc. A sort of “friends” with a do not ask, and do not tell, and do not gossip statute over it.
  22. Adoption can only be performed by heterosexual stable, married couples.
  23. Surrogate childbirth is outlawed and treated as child trafficking.
  24. Abortion is treated as murder.
  25. Marriage is for life, divorce is not permitted other than under the religious rules of annulment. While separation is permitted, along with a rescinding of any bureaucracy that required the permission of the other spouse, divorce is not permitted and therefore a subsequent marriage is not permitted either for a separated person.
  26. No medical procedure can be forced upon an unwilling person that is conscious, able to respond, and of sound mind. In emergencies to save lives, either a spouse, close relatives or if not immediately available, medical staff, can make choices if the patient is non-responsive or unable to respond.
  27. Politeness towards others is generally expected, and rude, drunken, loutish behaviour, can suffer consequences to the perpetrators, brought on by those affected, without these necessarily being a crime. The basic principles of etiquette, justice, self-defence, protection of basic dignity and so on shall apply.
  28. Fraud of any kind, but especially financial, shall be harshly punished.
  29. The overarching principle of all justice and law is that a man’s word and honesty are his bond. Women and children shall not be held to the same standard as adult men, nevertheless, each shall be held to basic standards based on the Golden Rule.
  30. A general concern for the environment shall be the duty of all citizens and residents. Littering, polluting, or graver offences against nature shall be punished appropriately and harshly, not only by fines and sanctions, bans, confiscations and so on, but also by physical labour related to their crime, so as to install a general care for nature and the purity of food, agriculture, natural spaces, general aesthetics and so on.
  31. Defacing of public or private property shall be punishable in a similar manner so as to make amends at a rate of twice the damage caused to any property, but also including the physical labour component. E.g. a spray-painted graffiti would result in the cleaning of double the area of the original, and payment of any damage caused to render as new or better, twice over.
  32. The use of drugs that can impair function is not banned, or illegal, but acting in an irresponsible manner because of it (driving, operating machinery, carrying a firearm, causing a disturbance, assaulting someone) are a crime and will be punished unusually harshly because of it.

These are the ones I have answers for off the top of my head.

There are several items that would take a lot more fleshing out, the main one being the actual system of government (it would be fairly complex and probably based at least in part on how Venice did things when a Doge existed, as it had a LOT of checks and balances to try and avoid the usual corruption of the political class, and in part on a white paper I wrote some 30 years ago and never fully published).

A less monumental task would be the issue of prostitution and pornography.

I know that a Catholic Priest would basically say they should be banned outright and fully, and I get it, but, assuming I am Emperor tomorrow (and have thousands and thousands of loyalists armed to the teeth to implement my dictatorial rulings) I still think that the approach taken towards homosexuality and heretic religions has much to say for itself.

We don’t want streetwalkers with their ass and tits hanging out in certain roads as was the case in Turin when I was a child, but if a woman in the privacy of her own home wants to “entertain” men for money… eh… I am not into policing people’s bedrooms. However, the type of things that tend to go along with whoring (drug use, drug dealers, pimps and violent pimps) would be an issue, as drugs have been essentially legalised, they would no longer be a black market item, but heavy users would still fall foul of the law because of their behaviour, but that is an “after the fact” thing, which is not as good as prevention. Being a pimp in the classic sense should also be outlawed, but if you know anything about that world, you will also know that in some cases the “pimp” is also the husband or boyfriend and actually IS the husband or boyfriend and fucked up as it is and sounds, they actually are a generally net positive and protective person that cares about the prostitute, and she also definitely wants them to be there for them in that way. I am not talking about abusive situations, but rather chosen, stranger situations fuelled by kink, deviance, and possibly other dynamics, but not ones that are expressly evil, though certainly not sanctioned by the Church. Once again, the kind of “don’t ask, don’t tell” lassie-faire until you piss someone off attitude I think would be more productive. After all, prostitutes also existed in the crusader camps way back in 1095 AD. You’re not going to NOT have them, any more than you’re not going to have other human traits and vices, so it may be better to have them within known and manageable limits. And the same applies to pornography to an extent. Make it expensive, specific, and those who produce it remain sort of pariahs within the culture. But these are unfinished thoughts. I would need to spend more time thinking about it than I have.

Anyway, here is a poll to see how many of the approximate 1,000 readers I have think of it. If you don’t respond to the poll, I will assume you would not want to be part of my idealised mostly ethno-state (it expires in 24 hours):
