Here I just provide the bullet points Nd ask you, the reader, to tell me which aspect you have most difficulty achieving in the comments.
Let’s see if we can’t solve some of those issues.
The Final Aim
To create a community that becomes self sufficient to the point that the fiat money currently in circulation around the globe becomes unnecessary to you AND your community.
AND
That you have the means to repel aggressors and defend yourself from the conquering or destructive attacks that such a community will invariably attract from the usual suspect.
The Method

Start by becoming independent yourself in a rural area that is geographically sound from the perspective of as many of the base parameters as possible:
- Clean water availability and food production
- Physically defensible
- Located where like minded people already live or are likely to join you and your community
- Get involved in local politics. From the local PTA meeting to the homeowners association to the local council. And get your like minded friends and relatives involved too. Nepotism worked for the enemy, make it work for you too.
- Network and try and ensure independence for your farms/village/county from as many of the over-arching government of your nation as possible.
- While remaining legal, ensure your community is well armed and well represented legally. Ideally have lawyers, law enforcement and active or retired military as part of the group that represents your efforts, while making sure no egos dominate within the community as a whole.
- Democracy does not work, and neither to committees, so you need to set things up in a way where individuals have the freedom to get involved or not, but anyone who continually hangs back is simply ejected from the group. While not all have the same abilities, and some will be far more comfortable with a supporting/logistics role than an active “front line” operator, the point is not that everyone has to be John Rambo. Quite the contrary, but everyone has to know and respect their role, and agree to follow the person who set things up to begin with, who, ideally anyway, is not someone seeking glory or leadership, but merely recognises the need for the type of community I am discussing and a place for their children to grow up free and confident.
The Steps
- Get land in a rural area either with a home on it or where one can be built.
- Get as off-grid as possible in terms of electric power, clean supply of water, and ability to produce your own food.
- Be legally and correctly armed for defence

Build up a community that shares your values. From experience, this generally will mean:
- Same religion
- Same ethnicity/culture
- Same view of government and their murderous lies
- Be married and make plenty of children
So let me know what are the things you find most challenging.
Since most will say “Buying the property”, let me start by saying there are a few options:
- Work your ass off and save every penny. The first guy who bought property here, near me, did just that. His property is small but functional and even has access to some small parcel of land. But in any case, he could make use of my land for food purposes.
- Loan/rent/buy it as a sweat equity part owner. Someone else puts up the money for the property but you get a share in it for working it and keeping it in a way that manages to earn at least some income.
- Look at different countries where your money goes a lot further. This has the added risk of laws and languages you might be unfamiliar with, but it may afford you a much nicer property than you might get in your home nation. A LOT of research is essential for this.
As for the next most likely issue, finding a decent wife, well… I wrote a whole book on that.
